"Doing okay with it so far"
I’ve been using it for a few weeks or so, and I’m up a little overall. Not every pick wins, obviously, but if I’m patient and don’t overthink it too much, there seems to be some profit there

"Pretty transparent overall, even if it’s a little messy"
I’ll give them credit, the track record is easy enough to see, which is one of the main things I was looking for. I’m not expecting every page to be perfectly polished, but a few of them do feel a bit cluttered and harder to follow than they need to be. Still, I’d rather deal with a slightly messy layout than feel like information is being hidden.

I’ve had a few solid wins with it, so it’s not bad or anything, but the accuracy feels average overall. Sometimes it’s on point, other times it’s just kinda off.

I’m absolutely convinced support just doesn’t respond, because I messaged them and waited for days with basically nothing useful back. It felt like I was being ignored the entire time. I’m not expecting someone to reply in five seconds, but when it’s your account and you need help, even a quick update would make a huge difference. For me, this was definitely a bad experience

"Refund was handled fairly"
I’m usually careful with refunds because I don’t like getting stuck arguing over policies, but this one was handled decently. I did have to wait a couple of days and send one follow-up, so it wasn’t totally smooth, but they followed their own policy and got it sorted. Not perfect, but fair enough.

Most of the time the site loads without any trouble, but every now and then it starts lagging or my bets take a while to show up, which is kind of confusing?? It’s not awful or anything, I just wish it felt a bit more steady and reliable...

"Confusing to navigate"
I’ll be fair and say maybe this site works fine once you get used to it, but for me it was frustrating. It felt clunky, and even basic things seemed to take more clicks than they should. I kept getting lost in the menus and looping around trying to find what I needed. Maybe other people find it easier to use, but my experience wasn’t great.

There are definitely some good picks here, so I can’t say it’s all bad. But the overall strategy feels kind of all over the place sometimes. Whoever runs this seems to have a few solid ideas, but I wish there was a more consistent approach.
